Personal Support is the term we use for one-to-one therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families or groups. These sessions offer powerful and compassionate therapeutic support with any aspect of your life. They provide an opportunity to connect with your joy, pain, anger and aliveness and to safely explore your feelings within an environment of trust, support and safety. A session may involve visualisation, meditation, bodywork, breathing and inner work.

Express your deepest thoughts and feelings without being judged, knowing that you are being heard, perhaps for the first time. Explore and understand the

nature of your questions, concerns, doubts or worries, and become aware of the practical steps you can take to move forward.

The real value of Personal Support is the space between two people and it is here that the real changes take place. Based on the respect for each other at a soul level, both parties have the freedom to explore and move closer to who they really are. It is not about "one who knows" and "one who doesn't know". Personal Support is there to assist you in finding your own answers and direction. It is about an unfolding of the spirit together. It is an adventure in self-discovery.

Personal Support sessions cost between £25 and £75 per hour, and are available in London, Essex, Brighton and Wales.
